I've been gone for a while, just saw this board. Are you posting gluten free food logs? I'll play. I always post my actuals from the day before.

B - 3 champagne mangoes, bowl(s) of Puffins w/ soy milk
L - sauteed napa cabbage, shiitake and crimini mushrooms, and onion with steamed yucca root
S - quick oats
D - brussels sprouts and with roasted red pepper dressing, corn with mango salsa
S - handfuls of Puffins

You have such a great attitude and you are always kind no matter what anyone says to you in a post.

I especially like that you usually have a lot of ideas to share==you seem like one busy groundhogg with all these great recipe ideas. Long posts are fun, and I can always copy and paste into Notepad or Word if I want to read offline.

We all benefit when we share our research and our experiments!
