My wife gets shingles almost every month, can you help, this is my second request on this forum, maybe i need to ask on a other forum

I'm sorry your wife suffers from this, I personally don't have any experience with this, maybe someone else does. Good Luck

Im sorry you havent had your questions answered, unfortunately I dont know much about it.

It looks like this diet is the best one and garlic seems to be an excellent antiviral as it says to eat 3-6 cloves a day. Thats alot of garlic!

Sorry I missed your earlier post but thanks for re-posting your question.

Unfortunately, I do not know of anything that may help from my persepctive in regard to shingles.

Have you checked with Dr Mcdougall?
