It is important to look at the whole lifestyle and dietary pattern and not to look for individual foods.
A low fat, plant based, unrefined, unprocessed high fiber diet along with regular exercise has been shown to reduce CRP levels 45% in about 2 weeks. Such a diet is one that is based on fresh fruits, veggies, starchy veggies, whole unrefined grains and legumes.
