Post subject: Staying on track during the day

I'm retired (sort of). I baby sit my grandson full-time, so I am home all day. That has its advantages AND disadvantages. The advantage is that I can stay in pj's all day if I want. :D The disadvantage of course is that I am near food all day. Anyway, I just taped the list to my frig and look at it constantly throughout the day. I am still trying to make the transition to full-time McDougalling and this helps me to stay on track.

I know what you mean, Gramma Jackie, I don't have a job and I'm close to the kitchen all the time, so food is always on my mind. I wish I could find a good way to distract myself from thinking about it all the time.
