I've been doing them since the 1980's when she was known as Leslie Sansone Tommello and had hair bigger than Snookie's (She still does, actually).
Her videos range from slow, gentle 1-mile through rapid 5 miles with "boosters" like stretchie bands, hand weights and jogging. She even had a few non-walking videos for pilates and a yoga workout.
