Location: Cornelius, Oregon
When I turned 50 my doctor tested me for calcium leakage, of which I have. I was put on HRT to stop the leakage...for now. But I'm nearing 10 years on HRT and need to prepare for getting off. Is there any natural diet that I can practice that will protect my body from further leakage without reverting to artificial bone builders?

There's been lots of discussion of this issue on this forum in the past, so I know lots of people have experience with it. However, you might want to post in the Health Issues area instead, since I'm afraid some people might not look in the Sandbox and see this thread.

You could also try searching drmcdougall.com and the archives of this forum to get more information.
