They are following the regular McDougall plan and of course, since I was preparing the meals, I ate that way too. Didn't lose any weight though, so now that they have a few meals they can make on their own, I need to get back on MWL.
So, it is now summer and my baked potato vegy dinners are just not as appetizing when it is so hot. I need some new meal ideas for these hot summer days. AnneC
