...this fellow, Dr. Kenneth Fine, is a very interesting gastroenterolgist I've come across here and there in my readings. I like his research, his methods, his advice, etc. He leans more toward the Mark Fuhrman approach in ways, more like McDougall in other ways...he is anti protein, all in all, and wary of lots of different grains because of allergenic properties often seen...still...his research has led him to interesting stuff
