It cooled down to 80 degrees here. So, I went for a longer run this afternoon. Ran 8 miles.

Today (Tuesday) I ran about six miles and did my usual stretches and crunches. Also walked about two miles.

Yesterday it was rainy outside and I played tag inside with 3 year old I babysit. We also played Connie swing me and Connie bounce me with your feet. He's getting heavy too. laugh. Hubby says since I have been losing weight that even in my round hippy chair he catches me stretching in all kinds of positions when I'm watching tv. laugh.

Today (Wednesday) I did my stairs workout: 10 up-and-down flights of 168 outdoor stairs, in just under 30 minutes. Also did weights: One set of eight dumbbell exercises, 10 reps each.

Walked to garden twice yesterday weeded for about an hour both times. Also went for a bike ride with tag a long attached to my bike and kiddo I babysit riding on it . His first time on a bike boy oh boy did his leaning this way and that way make me work harder. laugh. Hubby is riding behind us telling him do this do that. Trying to get him not to move around quite as much laugh. My stomach is definitely feeling that bike ride and it was only total of 6 miles. Also walked 2.14 miles to store and back.

Well I am going to be boring.

I walked Wednesday Jun 27 for 50 minutes
I walked Thursday Jun 28 for 40 minutes (boy was it hot)
Today I know I am off. I'm meeting friends after work and the air isn't even fit to breath. We are suppose to break records. All weekend it's suppose to be this way.

I hope I can motivate myself to get up and walk or garden kind of early. I really don't do well with mornings :D

I'm happy that I successfully completed my goal of working out 6x/week in June! Didn't miss a single workout! :D Time to start planning my schedule for July...

Since I posted last I've walked or bicycled a lot. only had one day I didn't do those two things but I was dancing around and wrestling around in the house with 2 boys that day.
