We used to have daily "Who's Moving on [date]" threads in the Roberta's Corner board, which I guess recently got changed into "Post Your Daily Menus". Any interest in starting up posting daily exercise again?

I'll start. Today is my off day for exercise. Yesterday I ran just under 8 miles and did stretches and crunches. Also walked about a mile and a half.

Sounds like a good way to keep each other accountable and motivated! I'll join in on Monday.

Me too. I'll start Monday as well.

I've been way too lazy.

Funcrunch,

Great idea.

I ran 4 miles this morning, along with some hamstring stretching and some IT band stretching.

Today I did weights: One set of eight dumbbell exercises, 10 reps each. Also walked about 3 1/2 miles.

Yesterday, I went for a long walk in the morning and evening, and also worked out in the gym.
So far today I've been doing a major house clean and I think I'll go for another long walk tonight!

I am going to do some stair climbing today. Ten times up and down, to the count of ten steps in my house.

I did a yoga video today. Later I'll be going outside to do some yard work.

May I start from Friday? I had the best walk on Friday. Our weather has been a blessing and I couldn't resist taking advantage to get a nice walk in. I headed for a nature center that buts up against a park. I even did some running, very little. I got in climbing some big hills too. I thought I may not make it on this one. All that and back home in 65 minutes. I was really surprised.

Saturday gardened 180 minutes, vigorous
Sunday gardened but only 30 and it was lighter

Not sure what I'll get into today. It's been rainy.

Today I ran just under 8 miles and did stretches and crunches. (The stretches and crunches I'm doing are the "functional" exercises from Bob Greene's book, Get With The Program.)

Today I had a rather intense stairs workout: Ten flights up and down 168 (cracked, uneven) outdoor steps in about 30 minutes. Heart was pounding and sweat pouring by the last lap (it was sunny and 70 degrees outside).

Also did a set of weights, which I managed to increase by 2-3 pounds for each of the eight dumbbell exercises. Also walked a mile or so and will walk another mile or so later this evening.
