Golden Potatoes

I have discovered these potatoes and I find them so much better to eat than russett or red potatoes. They have almost a buttery taste. Is this potato ok to eat on the mcdougall (way of life) "diet".

All potatoes are OK, as long as you don't slather them with butter, cheese, or sour cream :-D
