Interesting info about megavitamins and MS.
It makes me wonder if the nutrients we "naturally" get from a plant-based diet are the answer to good health, as opposed to dietary supplementation. Seems like our culture thinks that we should just take a pill and make everything better. With an active disease, we may need to supplement in the beginning to reset our bodies to function properly, but I suspect that after this occurs, we would not need supplementation, but only nutrient dense, plant-based foods.
This is just my unprofessional understanding of all of the info about diet and vitamins in regards to being healthy, as well as those with ongoing disease, to restore and maintain their health. I am new to this way of eating and I know I have a lot to learn. When you have a degenerative disease like MS, you feel a tremendous urgency to find something to make things better.
