What a coincidence. Went to Blenheim Palace today and at lunch the table next to ours had a pitcher of Pimms. I asked what it was and they poured me a taste. I liked it. Must get recipe. No, it might not taste right on another continent. Must come back.

You are very welcome Potatohead. I loved meeting up with the McDougallers the other week. I found it really reaffirming, gave me several ideas and just inspired me to keep on the right track.

Open house

:-D

it was fun seeing your face on the forum and remembering our VERY fun get togethter in Oxford At the Nosebag and seeing your almost for sure new house Did it work out for you ?Is it now yours? Vanilla orchid ,Sherman and I had a very interesting trip in the UK It is great travelling and meeting up with other lo fat vegans (so, Potatoehead join up) We had 2 more days in Oxford after the narrow boat trip. I just really got to like Oxford !
Many of the pubs were able to fix the right foods for us , and we also had some delish meals that we made ourselves on the boat.
At the end we had fabulous wheather and stored some vit D
I made the standby flight and am back to my routine food

I'm now in Romania, having a great time with non-vegan friends. I've had great luck finding wonderful vegan food in almost every restaurant we have tried. Also nice that we are staying at an apartment in Bucharest and can cook. I found the most beautiful tomatoes here. Today we bought some tiny wild strawberries from a roadside vendor.

Today is hot, so, yes, I'm wearing the Oxford outfit. Before today we needed layers. We had some cool, some warm and some rain. All beautiful.

The move is a very slow process realfood. All being well probably be moving in 6-8 weeks.

All sorts of things are going wrong with housebuying at the moment. If there is any problem with the people buying my house ... or the people buying from them ... and so on down the chain ...

FIngers crossed

:-)
