Soooo helpful!! Yes I am actually from 801010 way~o~eating (Doug Graham) and although maybe I didn't
really gain, I was slower weighed down and felt smooshier towards the end of a year eating that way. I just never got satisfied either... But with these starches I am satisfied and lost weight. Which was strange to me cause my cals are the same just mainly from starches instead of fruit....
I was commenting on 30bad about this, but I didn't have enough info to back it up... Maybe I can post those vids??? I don't wanna be argumentative, but I do want to help the gals who are gaining (water or fat gaining.) It seems to happen to girls more than boys, but that's probably cuz our metabolisms are slower, or we are shorter, or we move a lil less than guys, or are better at storing fat and water?lol
I keep thinking and wondering, I know it's just my silly mind I'm sure... but if fruit sugar kinda digests like
alcohol, and that's why they are super skinny too , like alcoholics?? Not in a bad way, golly I sound horrible and judgmental don't I. But there are also some gals on there too that say they live on exercise and alcohol and are skinny minis... And all the peeps I know that drink a lot exclusively
are skinny...Does the liver get damaged by the fruit sugar the same as alcohol effects it??? I need to thoroughly read and watch those vids, but I have my family...and 8 kiddos in all running round so it kinda hard
