I've just realized today (months after reaching my set weight) that the cellulite I had on the back of my thighs is almost completely gone!!!! You can barely see it at all! I thought it was just a genetic thing I would never get rid of, wrong. I know it's not the most important health benefit of our woe but still, pretty neat. I think this calls for a new pair of shorts!

That is awesome news! Congrats! I have had cellulite on my upper thighs since my mid 20's. I have never been more than 30 lbs overweight, and for the most part, only 15lbs overweight, but still...with the cellulite! I would love to see it go!

I did for about two months but I'm afraid I've been slipping up lately. I have a cup about every other day. I like that I'm not desperate for it the way I used to be, sometimes I have chicory instead. If I thought there was a connection between coffee and cellulite I would never touch it again! I doubt it though, because I've had it from age 16 a few years before I started drinking coffee.

I only lost 18 pounds and that was enough to get rid of it. I can hardly believe it...

Now that's a nice little extra added benefit.
