Great job everyone. We're coming into summer here pretty quick. I notice that we are missing some people this week. Hope everyone is doing well.
Let's keep our losses going. Let's keep our mantra of no excuses going. Let's keep moving forward. If you're frustrated at a lack of progress, sometimes going back to basics works wonders for mind and body. Let's all remember, Dr. McDougall's plan is starch based. Sometimes we're tempted to eat a whole lot more veggies than starches to facilitate faster weight loss, but that often bites us back as we become too hungry later and eat too high calorie dense or even off plan (raises hand at having comitted both these offenses too often over the past couple of years, then uses that raised hand and pats herself on the back for figuring it all out
