This group is on fire this week. So many people doing so well is inspiring.

Going to be a tough weekend here. My husband's entire family is in town to celebrate my Father-In-Law's 90th birthday!! And of course everthing revolves around where, when and what we're going to eat. Pizza last night. When we arrived and found they had ordered one with sauce and veggies, no meat, no cheese I was surprised and grateful. Not exactly MWL, but it was delicious and worth the slurge.

Down 2 pounds this week, I'm not going to let the weekend spoil my progress. My intention is for another 2 next week.

Onward and downward!

I'm down 1.5 for the week. Slow and steady this week. Had three regular plan days and ate a lot. That is reasonable when not in MWL mode and hoping to melt away :lol: I have great expectations for the coming week.

Thanks lmhgallagher and minirunner. :)

Worst for me was they stole my special gym bag (was awarded to me by my running club) and the bag contained my cycling shoes and 2 special swimming costumes (carefully chosen to conceal as much flab as possible) plus brand new silicone cap. :angry: Grrrrr!!! very annoying!

Oh well....nothing to do but "stay calm and carry on"!

Well done to everyone for their fabulous weight loss this week!

Samsy, so sorry to hear about your house being burglarised.

Weight loss for me this week is: 0 lbs. No changes for me. I became sick at the end of this week and have been eating more fruit and a couple of smoothies.
I ordered Jeff's burgers and fries dvd and I'm looking forward to watching that.
Sounds like everyone is having some great losses.

Hi all,

I haven't weighed in for a few weeks because I was getting a bit obsessive about weighing myself so I have packed away the scales for a while! After another month or two I might join back in and just weigh myself weekly but at the moment I need a break from the psychological aspect of weighing myself.

so, its mid may and i would like to do this as well. I just ordered the book, so im waiting for it to arrive so i have everything i need to do in black and white right in front of me.
question for you guys- do you think it will be possible to do the mwl plan as designed but adding the therapy plan i am supposed to be on of at least 200 calories every 2 hours or so? does the mwl plan have certain times of eating or not?
