Does anybody know which ones of these are gluten-free? I emailed for this information some time ago and no one ever responded. Obviously the ones with wheat, barley, and oats listed are out of the question. But then there are those pesky "natural flavors."

When I asked about a year ago, they had 4 items there were gluten free. The black bean & lime soup is fantastic. The other three are the pad thai, the tortilla, and the tamale soups. These are really good when I'm hungry and either don't want to cook or I don't know what to cook. They come in handy to have around the house and here at work.

Thanks.

Now I have to figure out if I can or want to have them since they all have yeast extract. I have a test result saying I am intolerant to yeast. I don't know why this stuff has to be added to most of the cups.

I've seen it put on a list as something that always contains MSG, too.

Sigh.

I'm with you on this. Now that I've seen lists like the one in your link that show the names that MSG can hide under, it seems like basically nothing besides whole unprocessed foods is safe. (I guess this shouldn't be a surprise, but it is surprising that lots of so-called healthy/natural packaged or prepared foods still contain this kind of stuff. Does it really need to be there?) Grrrr!

Glad you found the label site, found it recently myself - the one to watch re msg is citric acid, there seems to be a link with intolerences and citric acid and or msg. reseraching this currently so will keep you posted -

also note that there are cases of msg / citric acid contaminating veg including organic msg spray and citric acid washes. also fertiliser for wheat nearly always contains ciric acid and as such possible msg.

above just conclusions at the mo -

someone need to stop the argicultural and food indusctries from trying to kill us all as well of course as the gouvernment and the subsidies
