I used to get dizzy after eating whole wheat products, especially tortillas. I love spaghetti, so I figured I would just make it with regular pasta every once in awhile for a treat. I had some yesterday, and I had that same dizzy feeling. Has anyone had that as a reaction to gluten? I wonder if I'm developing a sensitivity to it. I don't eat that much bread, so I don't know if I'd have that same thing happen, but I'm guessing I would.

I have reactions to wheat as well. I get a sick feeling when I bend over and stand up when I eat it. I tend to get nauseous when brushing my teeth when eating wheat. I tend to be irritable when eating wheat, I can't lose weight, even being vegan. My sinus bothers me more, skin rashes appear... my skin looks better when I don't eat it. I tend to get more tinitus.

Gluten is in many products, not just bread. It is used in many packaged foods as a thickener. It is even in some cosmetics and toothpaste. It is very difficult to avoid gluten entirely. About the only way is to be sure that every product with flour in it that you eat has a label that says it is certified gluten-free.
