I have a major sweet tooth so I can eat nothing but fruit and sweet potatoes all day and because I have an allergy to all grains I think it's ok but I have colitis and I have been sicker than normal could it be all the sweets!

Sweet potatoes are fine. Fruit has more sugar, and if you are not also trying to lose weight (you haven't said that you are), then it's OK too, within reason. You should also be eating some vegetables, raw and cooked. Are there any vegetables that don't cause your colitis to flare up? I don't know much about colitis.

It is impossible to say whether you food choices are making you sicker, because that's such a vague description; can you be more specific on what "sick" means to you?

When I say sick I mean nausea and vomiting,I don't think I need to lose a lot of weight, I could lose 5 lbs and my jeans would fit better I have gained a little since my ulcers healed and had to up a size but now even those jeans are tight! it's a little uncomfortable.
