Wednesday, 30th May 2012

Breakfast: Oats, 3 x medjool dates
Lunch: Veg shepherd's pie (potatoes, lentils, corn, onion)
Snack: 5 x medjool dates
Dinner: Veg minestrone soup, steamed rice

Water: 3 litres
Exercise: 1 hr ballet workout

Thursday, 31st May

Breakfast: Oats, dried fruit mix
Dinner: Dining out Indian: Rice, potatoes, veggies in vegan curry, sml piece garlic naan bread
Snacks: banana, 2 x cups chai tea with vanilla soy milk

Water: 2 litres

** Moved into my new apartment today. Very hectic and didn't get time to eat lunch :(

Breakfast: Oats, saltanas, banana with cinammon
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Wholemeal pasta with can of tomatoes and corn
Snack: 2 x bananas, cup of chai tea with vanilla soy milk
Dinner: Wholemeal pasta with can of tomatoes and corn
Snack: Banana

Water: 3 litres

Lunch: Can of chickpeas with mixed vegetables
Snack: Steamed rice and miso soup, half piece plain naan bread
Dinner: Steamed mixed veggies (potato, corn, peas, carrot)
Snack: Banana, handful saltanas, 2 cups chai tea with vanilla soy milk

Water: 2 litres
Exercise: 90 minute yoga class

Your menus look pretty good. You might add some more starches though like maybe rice or potatoes.
They have helped me to not feel any hunger pangs.

Breakfast: Oats, 3 x medjool dates
Snack: medium apple
Lunch: Vegan Indian dining: Rice, chickpeas, peas, potatoes and veggies in vegie sauce, small piece of garlic naan bread
Snack: 2 bananas, small apple
Dinner: Mixed veggies (with beans and corn), 1/2 can chickpeas
Snack: Glass orange juice, glass cranberry juice (went out)

Exercise: 1 hour (mix of jogging, power walking, abs, stretching)
Water: 3 litres
