if you scroll down the page and look at the chart regarding the nutritional value of different types of protein, you can see that all animal types of protein are significantly more effective and better for you than any plant based. not saying that plant based are bad, rather just not as good
the only potential benefit that soy would have over animal based, would be the high content of glutamic acid, which is essential in muscle growth since it boosts the production of growth hormone, but that alone doesnt compensate for the lack of other aminos
