I made a really good dessert today. It was sliced roasted sweet potatoes, I warmed them up and sprinkled some pumpkin pie spice on top and then topped it with banana ice cream. It was so good and tasted like pumpkin pie with ice cream.

That sounds very interesting! :) I've also tried it with baked apple topped with cinnamon...delicious for an apple pie version. :D
