Maybe I'm biased, but I thought Dr. McDougall's write-up was the clearest and most comprehensive summary of the different books.

Good write up, but I don't consider what Dr. McDougall promotes as a diet. This is a lifestyle change. Not sure I could make these changes temporarily, only to go back to my SAD lifestyle when I reached my goals. Still I agree McDougall's write up is clear and concise. Chalk one up for The Starch Solution!

The article contained no analysis; just a very brief synopsis of the books. :( . But, at least it got Dr. McDougall some mainstream exposure.
