I was just watching T Tapp on PBS. Teresa Tapp is the instructor and she says you can lose inches by doing this. Does anyone here do that, T Tapp? I didnt see the whole show, it did mention thyroid and blood sugar being a problem with women. Men are even doing it too.

Thoughts?

I have known about TTAPP for years and used her program. It is very effective but it IS challenging! You can get great results but it is an intense 20 minute workout! Plus 45 minutes more if you want to look like her! May be difficult if you are overweight or have any joint issues! Check out Lani's Fit Quickes! She is on this discussuion board. Her exercises are a great workout and quick! I started her program at the beginning of the year. I feel and can see a difference in my body and get a great WO in a short amount of time! The FQ program plus a daily walk are now my regular routine.
I am 59 have lost 23 lbs since October 2011 and have 23 lbs to go! I am planning on being FQ fit, McDougall trim and healthy for my 60th birthday in September!

Thanks heyjud.

On the program she said anyone could do it, even ones with joint problems and at any age. Guess they will say whatever to get their pledges.

I have really gotten out of the routine of exercise, this seemed like something that might appeal to me, and they said you get fast results.

I'll just continue to do what I do now. But more often. I will check out Lani's exercise.

I would not discourage you from it, it was my program of choice for years and it is effective. I never went beyond her 15 minute program, though. The whole body/floor exercises were difficult and I didn't want to spend that long, almost an hour doing them.
