What was your favorite tip?

I like this one: "Respect your future self."

Think about it. What would you do in regard to health if you respected your future self?

That's a good one, I like it too...respect your future self.

I have twenty one years of sobriety, should have been twenty six, but I went back out for five years. I quit smoking ten years ago, no slips, was a two pack a day smoker for almost 30 years. McDougall WOE along with daily yoga and as of this week, I'm back to my kettlebell training...I'm doing it.

I liked the tip "respect your future self" the best too. I had to laugh at tip # 9. I don't need anything to help me "go faster". Since this WOE, I don't have any problem in that department. It only takes about 3 seconds!
