I am new and haven't yet read the book but would like to know if it is ok to have nuts and seeds? We love them and wonder if these are considered added oils? I guess things like pesto, which you add oil to and hummus are off the list? I have already been vegan but use oil to cook with so I haven't yet bought a pan that I can cook without oil. Any suggestions for good pan options. Isn't it bad to use the teflon non stick pans?
thanks,
mkh9

Hi, regarding the 12 day meal plan. Can you only have one serving per meal each day?

Also, after you lose as much weight as you want or that is needed for a healthy BMI etc. Can you have more than one serving.

thanks,
Mkh9

Mkh9, keep this motto in mind: "Eat when you are hungry and eat until you are satisfied." So eat as much as you like but keep your goals in mind! Eating veggies as the entree and a starch as dessert helps me to get satisfied without overeating. :!:

Thanks again. We both seem to be hungry often so maybe since we were having one serving it isn't quite enough, or perhaps more frequent meals or snacks would help (within the diet plan).
