I am looking for a simple dressing worthy of company.
I am german and my whole family loves their mayo potato salad.
I want an alternative to that but the rest just the usual potato , onion, pickle stuff.
Thanks for any suggestions.

If you are trying to do a mcdougal recipe, you could try Mary's tofu mayo dressing:

I make it often and it's delicious.
There is also nasoya fat free mayo. I haven't tried it myself so can't comment on how it tastes.

I just made Mary's potato salad with Nasoya Fat Free Mayo, and it was delicious!

I'm having trouble finding the fat free variety of this product in the stores. Not even available on Amazon.

You can get it at Vitacost online. When we first attempted to order it, it was out of stock but available just a bit later.

I can't find it locally either, so I order it from Vegan Essentials. Sadly, I just tried to order some, and it was out of stock, but they'll have it in soon.

I also cannot purchase the fat free nayonaise here but will look at mary's tofu mayo.
