Hi. I've started eating pumpkin oatmeal every morning. I have an "early" and "late" (grazer-inspired) bowl, each of which contains:
1/2 c oats
1/2 c pumpkin
water (could and have used almond milk, but I find it can be a binge trigger, so tend now to avoid)
stevia (OK and some sucralose, but I'm workin' on getting that one out of the equation
P.S. I'm a noob and a volume eater, am treating my heart disease and obesity with a plant-based diet, am finally getting really clean and serious about it. But boy howdy could I use some support. I hope I can find it/share it here.
