Hi. Go to tickerfactory.com and create a ticker. Set a password and bookmark it. Copy the code for BBCode and come back here. Go to User control panel and go to profile then signature. Paste the code in the box. UNcheck disable bbcode box. click preview. Then submit if its correct.

Will you be joining our weekly weigh in? You are more than welcome if you want. We weigh in on Fridays and/or Saturday mornings. I tally up as a group and post on Saturdays after 10AM.

Hi, I'm just popping in to join this thread. I haven't been here in a few years (tried several times, was unable to login), had a bit of life happen and need to rededicate myself to this way of living :). We are moving to the states in a few months, and health insurance will be cheaper if I'm McDougall healthy instead of hmmm.

I'm excited to be back, and after digging out my MWL book and reviewing old habits, know that I can do this. Hopefully I'll have a 3.5 lb loss to post for my first week when we weigh in tomorrow :)

I knew it would be hard being out of town two weekends in a row. It wasn't so much what I ate while I was away, but rather, just trying to get back to all my good habits at home. To top it off, I caught my husband's cold. One upside to this WOE is that I used to be sick for weeks every time I caught a cold. Now it feels more like a minor inconvenience for a couple days. I guess I should be grateful that I don't have a gain and that I can stay home this weekend and focus on family and good eating habits.

February 17th: 229
February 24th: 224
March 2: 222
March 9: 220
March 16: 217
March 23: 215
March 30: 214 (out of town and not near a scale)
April 6: 212 (going out of town again)
April 13: 212 UNCHANGED

I'm down one pound this week, which is good. I am really seeing the pattern of how being out of town and having relatives visit really slows down my loss. I'm not going to change that, because it all involves grandchildren and my work in Tanzania. I just have to be extra careful when I'm home and not eating out with company. Oh thank Goodness!!! For the first time in a long time the scale has gone down. I lost two pounds this week.

and that was after eating awful food on Easter. This way of eating really works with a little effort on my part. I'd be thrilled to lose 2.5 lb a week. I'm very satisfied with what I'm eating too.

Two pounds for Love!!!!!!!!!!!!

I"m reporting a 3lb loss for this week! I feel great, amazing how much energy eating MWL gives you! Of course it helps that Little girl slept through the night (6 hours of unbroken sleep - what a concept) for the first time (she is 17months).
