Stop by your public library or do this on-line. If the library hasn't purchased The Starch Solution, fill out the card to request that the librarians do obtain the book. Don't just have them order it from inter-library loan. Urge them to actually buy the book and have it on their shelves. In my experience, as an utter book nerd, libraries happily will buy a book when a patron urges them to do so and fills out the simple paperwork with the request.
Isn't that a great idea?! That way the info is easily accessible to other folks in your community.
