Just was thinking it's way to quiet in this thread. I've been exercising but not posting it here. Lots of walking and lots of elliptical. What about you guys?

This weekend I will be finishing a three month program from Beachbody called Chalean Extreme. Weightlifting and cardio, with some stretching. I've definitely firmed up and gotten stronger.

Next week I will start P90X. 6 day a week commitment instead of 5, but I'm going to give it my best shot.

When it stops raining in Portland, I'll ride my bike too.

I need to start doing more weight type stuff. Your in Portland. Oregon? I'm in Milwaukie, Oregon. I love going on bike rides but I don't when it's raining either. Don't mind walking or running in rain but I can't get myself to ride in it.

I walked/ran a quarter marathon (6.6 miles) today. I'm too tired to post.

Sweet. I've been doing hiking and walking this last few weeks.

Good going Chile.

Fiscal year end at my job so haven't visited boards much. I have been walking, and teaching yoga twice a week, plus working in the garden :-)

I did 20 mintes of yoga today. I only did poses that I enjoy doing, but I held them for a little while, 15 breaths. My joints felt revitalized, my body felt clear of toxins, and I was less nervous. This is a state that I could struggle for weeks of healthy eating to get into, but I did it in just 20 minutes. Now I just need to keep up with healthy eating and an exercise routine, and I should be feeling fabulous! :) All this time I thought food was the answer, and it was, but I was missing a vital part: exercise.

Currently going through physical therapy with a knee injury I suffered early in March, so I have really limited by daily walking as the pain is too severe. When I walk it's usually 30 minutes 5 days a week. I also lift weights 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.

Current workout is 30 min. HIIT or 45 min. run, bike or eliptical followed by 1 hour of lifting 6 days a week. Usual day includes two 5 mile walks and a 20 mile bike ride. Add in 4 hours of ranch work and it adds up to a pretty good workout...

Loveskale, I am glad you figured out the missing link. I weigh exercise just as important as food for my overall health too. I miss it when I get lazy and like a slug. Speaking of, the 20 minutes of yoga is great. Just moving the joints is a good thing and holding and breathing 15 breaths is great. It should energize you.

I am terrible on having my own daily yoga practice. I've been fighting with myself the last two weeks on getting started on a daily routine. I've tried getting up earlier but always hit the snooze, and then after my walk in the evening, I am always into family stuff and chores. So I tell myself, get up early and it is the same cycle each day.

I think some times I get to carried away on exercise but I love it. Been doing tons of biking and walking lately.
