Knut - You've dropped so much weight so quickly, it is amazing. I'm no expert by any means, having only been on this program for a little under 3 months, but I do know that the weight can come back on even faster than it comes off. Why not gradually cut back on your exercise regimen first, while continue eating on the MWL plan. Once you are at a sustainable exercise plan, then make the move to the regular McDougall if you are still losing weight. Just a thought. AnneC

Everyones doing so well in April so far! I'm back from a great holiday of 2 weeks at the beach which was great ! A real rest from a stressful winter. For my mind great but really poor for the diet! I'm just too timid when ordering food and end up getting stuff high fat and eating things i really don't want. etc. Soo long story short have had to work the pounds back off. Why doesn't everyone Mcdougall it would be so fab when eating out....I know no excuses great theme Debbie I'm just sayin'
Lost 2 lbs. weight 121lb :D Dlee
