Add me to the list of potato eating Floridians! I buy a lot of potatoes a week.......an embarrassing amount. But I have two teens that eat a ton right now. On the very rare occasion that the potatoes aren't going to get eaten fast enough, I refrigerate them. I find they don't last more than a week here without sprouting.

Talk about an embarrassing amount. I have 20 pounds of potatoes on my grocery list, and I'm the only one eating them....lol.

Cowpie, we are far enough North that there is not quite as much backyard citrus here... some do have trees but it never really became an issue here.
