My spice grinder needs to be replaced. Poor thing, I bet I've had it for about ten years, and it's tired. Guess I got my money's worth, whatever that was! Comments on models currently available? Mine is a Braun, DH's coffee bean grinder, much newer, is a Krups. On Amazon there seems to be substantial differences in costs. Thanks all.

I picked up a Cuisinart model at Bed, Bath & Beyond with a coupon. I like this particular one because the spice grinding cup with blade is removable. That makes it MUCH easier to thoroughly wash so that all spice oils are removed and don't contaminate the next batch.

I have a Kitchen aid grinder. I like it because the bowl is removable making it easier to clean really well. :)

I use a small Braun coffee grinder which works great.

I use my coffee grinder too. The only thing I don't like about it is, you can't take the top part out to clean it, but other than that, it works great.

I just use a $20 coffee grinder. It works for flax seeds, chia seeds and spices.
