For someone who goes from MWLP to the
regular McD program, whole wheat couscous is probably OK.
Really handy when you need something quick or want a change of pace. Tastes better than "regular" couscous but is ready in just five minutes. Texture is identical to "regular."
I get whole wheat couscous from Trader Joe's.
