Thin round, says whole grain, no oil added, are these allowed?

by Edward and Sons,
9 are 60 cal, 0 fat, ingredients are Whole grain brown rice, tamari, Water, soybeans, rice, water, and seaweed.

What do you think? I am concerned they are milled and processed and I know this is not good. Rice cake a better choice?

thanks. Trying to make something work when time is a factor...usually I make the microwave potato chips, and that is the BEST find!!

They're fine for the regular plan, but not MWPL.

Whatever they are, and whatever they taste like, I'm very sure that I could eat the whole box in one sitting! That means "no" for me. The same is true for me with rice cakes. Take care, LauraA

I, personally, need to be avoid crackers. Too easy to overeat on, and really not much nutritional value there.
