It is certainly a bit odd but has anyone changing to this WOE noticed a serious spike in their libido? I am not complaining BUT...other than this dietary change nothing else has been different.

I'm not sure if I should just consider it a nice side benefit or if I need to go get blood tests! Hope some of you won't mind sharing.
Thx.

Nothing odd about it! You are eating the best foods possible for optimal health. Weight loss follows, along with increased energy and better self confidence. More sex is the natural outcome of a plant-based diet!

But to answer your question, yes my wife and I have experienced the "side effects".

I haven't noticed any change since October, 2011.
