Any insight would be appreciated.

I thought the lower the better. My cholesterol is now at 129 and I feel fine, but I read (Mayo Clinic website) that low cholesterol can contribute to the same problems as high cholesterol, like cancer, depression and anxiety. I know McDougall, Esselstyn and Campbell all say that cholesterol should stay below 150 to stop heart disease, but is there a danger of getting it too low?

Thanks
