This makes my heart sad. Nancy always knew what to say to make me smile. Just to comment on how I was doing and if she could be of any help. She was a great help to me when I quit smoking. I am glad that she is no longer in pain and can fly free.

I wish I had known Nancy, but I get a sense of what a beautiful person she was by seeing how much she meant to so many of you. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.

How sad, Nancy was so very nice. I am comforted by the thought that she did not have to suffer for years on drugs and treatments.

My prayers and condolences to her family.

I have not checked in for some time as I have been away from home and was very saddened to hear about Nancy. My thoughts and prayers are with Ed and her family.

I was so shocked and saddened to see this post! I'm so sorry for her dear family, and to lose such a beautiful person. She was always positive and upbeat, had a zest for life, and kind words for others. The world was better because she was in it. I'm glad she didn't suffer long. Nancy, you will be dearly missed.
Peace

how distressing to find this. someone referenced Nancy in their post today.... made me wonder about the past tense they used. (i've been here sporadically the past few months)

what horrible news - Nancy was such a pleasant, important presence here in this online community!

so sad.

Update: I got together with Nancy's daughter, Jen the other night, and she showed me some of Nancy's artwork. Wow! Not only did she make some beautiful clothes, she also did layouts for ads, designed logos, etc. Very talented. Jen really appreciates all the wonderful posts on this forum! :)

Nancy's Facebook page is still active, and you can see it at: https://www.facebook.com/ncyg46

I had no idea Nancy was an artist. I am too. I have my own studio. I wish I could have known Nancy better before she died. We probably had a lot in common. I know she was the same age as me and was a Neil Diamond fan :-D. Also my mom and dad were also full-time RV'ers who lived mainly in the Southwest. My husband and I plan to buy an RV too after he retires. Nancy seemed to really enjoy life and left many good memories.
