I'm so sorry. She was a wonderful positive presence here. I hope her family can take comfort in their good memories of her.

 I'm so sorry to hear this. At least it wasn't a long illness--she was spared that.

She had done so much to improve her health and gained so much from that. But there is no way to overcome a lifetime of smoking. :( I wish the McDougall plan could cure that too, but alas it cannot.

Rest in peace, Nancy. You were a VERY good person and always helpful and supportive here on the forum.

Nancy was a great and beautiful person. :) She was very welcoming and warm to me and I appreciated her as a friend I never met in person. I know she will be missed by many. My prayers go out to Ed and her family, may God give them strength during this time.

This is such a tragedy. :crybaby: Nancy was such a kind and helpful member of our little community. She made me dream of being a full time RVer when I retire. Blessings to Ed and her familly.

Please, please if you still smoke - STOP! No amount of brown rice, beans or blueberries can compensate for a lifetime of smoking.

Today is my late sister's birthday. If not for her chain smoking she might have been 58 today. When her breast cancer spread to her contaminated lungs it was all over but the crying. What a sad day :( .

My condolences to Nancy's family. She was always so enjoyable here on the forums. I'm sure she was more so in real life. May those good memories bring peace.
