Oh, Nancy, I'm praying for you, and for your whole family. And, can't Ed bring in some oatmeal, soup cups, etc.? A fast food salad? You've gotta get something nutritious! If I was in your area, I'd be bringing you quarts of my green veggie and fruit juices. Wish I could. You are such a blessing to our little McDougall community.

But, I'm certainly sending prayers to God for your recovery.

I agree, please post the hospital name, if nothing else we can bombard them with emails with lists for foods she needs to eat.

I would like to echo the many voices here that found great help and humor in Nancy's posts. This is such sad news and I very much appreciate your update.

I will keep Nancy and her family in my prayers.

I just spoke with Nancy's daughter and she said Nancy's sodium/potassium levels are low, and she is still in a lot of pain. Please continue to pray for Nancy and her family because prayers do make a difference.

I'm sorry to learn that Nancy is in pain and I add my prayers to all that have been sent.

as for hospital food, I've been in several for surgery and they always have found things I can eat. it's up to the dietitian or person in charge of meals.

There can be life with stage 4 cancer. I am living it. (6 years since diagnosis). I pray that you can too.
