I know we don't need to count calories but.. For those, who count calories. How much calories do you eat to maintain your ideal weight? And what is your weight and heigh?

Thank you for answers. :)

At age 42 I am 6-0, 188 pounds and have been counting calories, fat and protein, along with nutrients for about 6 weeks now (tracking with a program called Fit Day). I have averaged 1650 calories a day during this time. This level isn't for maintaining though, as I am currently at working to get to a weight goal of 175 pounds. Total calories have been split about 70% carbs, 10% fat and 12% protein.

I am actually asking because I don't want to lose weight. At first I stuffed myself with 2000+ calories because I was afraid to lose, but I weren't feeling OK. Now I am eating around 1500 calories and I hope I will stay at my 110-112lbs. I am 5'7''.

Best of luck with your weight loss! :)

I started counting because I didn't know how much I was eating daily. I was seeing weight loss (30 pounds since October, 2011), rarely hungry unless I missed a meal and feeling good. So the total calorie count doesn't really do much for me now. I am not limiting my intake, nor am I bumping it up.

Individual details count in how many calories one would need for maintenance. I am 62 y.o. male, 5'3" X 120 lbs. Work out pretty hard for about 30-40 minutes, 4 days a week.

Currently weight sloooowly dropping. I gained a bit of pudge trying to gain muscle through working out so now trying to lean back to low body weight %. According to CRONoMeter I am eating 1600-1700 cal/day. I eat a bit more on workout days, less on rest days.
