Was down in the 189s range much of the week, but ended up at 190.2 which is up .2 from last week. Had some off plan items this week (slice of pizza and cookie at meeting, veggie burger at Burger King, etc.) so I hope this coming week will be better.

That is funny! I lost 1/2 pound last week but posted in the wrong spot. Hope this is correct. So just down 1/2 a pound in all. This week stayed the same. Slow and steady still inching down like an inch worm.! Dlee 121 .5 lb

When I first weighed, I was 206, then I realized that I had on a big heavy sweater. Changed into the t-shirt I always wear when I weigh, and I was 205! Six pounds lost! I will take it. :)

I'm down 1.8 lbs this week to 136.4 lbs. I'm not sure why I gained a bit last week, and lost this week, because I don't think I did anything different!

Can I join in for February? I'm hoping it'll keep me motivated, moreso with my activity...I'm having no trouble staying on plan foodwise.

I weighed in at 155 yesterday, so no loss, but I'm not unhappy. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the past 4 months. I think I'm going to change my goal weight.

I'm up .6 lb. It was a rough week, missing my mom. But I will take credit for leaving the boxes of white cheddar CheezIts and roasted tomato Triscuits on the shelf at the store! I would have just sat at home eating the whole thing, instead I went for a walk.

Hope you're feeling better! I had a really bad gallbladder attack Thanksgiving '96 or '97, after having a high-fat (vegan) Chinese meal followed by pumpkin pie...it still gives me goosebumps remembering how painful that was! I wish I'd discovered the McDougall plan back then, because maybe I would have kept my gallbladder. Instead I had niggling (and more than niggling) pain for the next 4-5 years until I had it removed.

I am down 2 lbs. for the week. :-D

All week long I have been craving bread. Really strange since bread, while I do like it, it isn't really something that I normally crave. I did buy a pack of corn tortillas, they sort of helped a little. If I was really going crazy, I could add a little bread into my diet but I decided to wait it out. It was almost gone yesterday so that is a good thing. But the good news, I continue to have no cravings for sugar. On the 11th of Jan, I took sugar out of my diet. Not that there was that much, but what there was left the building. After of 3.5 wks of no sugar (-8.8 lbs since then) that seems to have made such a big difference for me. I am not craving chocolate or anything sweet, which is such a big relief for me. That has always been my biggest obstacle.

Great going on the weight loss, everyone, for this week!!

Sunbeam-I miss my mom every single day & she has been gone since Jan. 1986. I am sorry for your loss. She will be proud of you for leaving the Cheezits & the Triscuits on the shelf & for taking a walk. Good for you!!
