I love AJs sweetcorn and avocado soup. I think she calls it sweetcorn chowder. It particularly agrees with me in the evenings when I get in from work at 6-7pm. (I love AJ too - sometimes watch her cooking classes on youtube just for fun)

Has anyone got any other good raw soup recipes?

I find with the above recipe that its nicer when I use a very small avocado.

Have a super weekend

How about Gazpacho! I'm sure there are plenty of variations.
I guess most people usual equate soup with something warming on cold days.

I find a cold soup good, very energising, even in cold weather. But I can only eat the chowder once a week. Don't want to get sick of it. Bought a raw food cook book (not Unprocessed) and found it a bit over complex and uninspiring.

Guess I'll just have to "fork out" for unprocessed. Birthday coming up so I'll get my Dad to order it for me.

I was on the Hallelujah Acres website (www.hacres.com) a couple of weeks ago and they had some good looking raw soups that could be made quite easily. You may want to check it out.
