I'm eating a bowl of sweet potatoes, yukon potatoes, chickpeas and black beans with salsa as I type. Sometimes you just need a good ole bowl of starches!! Yummo. I also made some hot chocolate, that I have never made before, I wanted something different and had a little chocolate craving. Just enough to hit the spot.

I haven't had much to say. When you do the same thing day in and out sometimes it gets boring to come here and post but boy do I enjoy reading all your journeys. I'm come here every single day!! I think I'm officially down around 22 pounds and fitting into a smaller size of jeans. Feels good. Feels real good. I wake up around 4:30am to exercise for 1 hour every day. I'm working on eating raw vegetable, cooked vegetables, and then a starch. Seems to be working for me lately. Wishing you all well. I'm always around :D

It does get sad to see lots of journals come and go through the years. Heck, I've been here 3 years now. Sometimes I just don't have much to say but I am lurking, lol.....Here are some good reads for all your New Years People! Happy New Years--Here is to a healthier year than the last :-)

I've been doing some reading and got some wonderful blogs for you guys to look at. They inspire me and keep me motivated

Don't you just want to feel good and feel good all the time?

Do you ever wonder what health is and what health feels like?

What does it mean to be healthy?

I gotta tell you. I just finished exercising for 2 hours and I feel amazing. Of course, soreness is already taking over my body but it's okay. I just finished the best exercise class of my life. A year and a half ago, I would have not made it half way through the class but today I took the challenge. Today I'm a new person. It feels good. This health thing feels good. I'm happy. I'm energetic. I am my age. This is amazing stuff. Now if we can just bottle it up and share it with everyone that would be my dream. Follow this plan and you will not regret it. Life is too short. I think about you all daily. What can I do to inspire you? I can only follow this plan. I can feed my body to fuel my body. I can exercise and tell you about. I only hope that soon you will join me on the journey. I don't regret it. I did think it was a gimmick at first but it's far from a gimmick. All it has brought me is energy and happiness and health. Come on, what are you waiting for?

Sam, I checked in to read up on your journey, and you've not been posting for a few. Hope things are going well with you. I look for you when I come online here.

Hope you consider posting again. I'm not much for drama. If you can handle boring, I'll stop by, again.

Good to hear that you are doing well Boots! You're an inspiration!

So, what kind of things do you normally eat throughout the day?
