I already love mine. It's making me not pamper the leg that is weaker. I always hurt worse if I stay sitting. Every time I get told to stay off my foot for a bit I am like if I stay off it the rest of my body is going to hurt more then it does. Though the longer I am on this way of eating the better that is too.

Watch out for those Mike and ikes. I LOL Love those!

Hope you are not getting too wet or maybe like us you needed the rain.
We were so dry it was like the sahara out side.
It has been teh perfect kind of rain for oour clay soil too long slow drench and sprinkle cycles.

Yay for you getting an elyptical.

So far it's fine with as much rain as we are getting but some areas of Oregon are flooding. I played in the puddles again for about a mile today. then hubby and I went walking at the mall. I'm going to do Elliptical a little before going to bed too.

Thanks and your welcome. I love rice with or without the bbq sauce but love my bbq sauce.

I put new batteries in my scales and it went from weigh in at 256 to weighing me 260lbs gah. I hate batteries making me think I'd lost weight then telling me they are low so I put in new ones and weigh more. sucky. Oh well. I will get it back down there.

I've been on Elliptical for a mile yesterday all together and did 2 mile walk with hubby at mall.

I had hash browns with bbq sauce for breakfast and my normal rice, greens, veggies, and bbq sauce for lunch and dinner. and a cup of orange juice.

super success you are! Hugs and double hugs to you!
An elliptical trainer is wonderful for anyone. My knees cannot take that, but I can do the easy strider and other machines.

I'm finding my elliptical to be easier on my knees then any of the other machines I've tried though my hip and my upper leg muscles are complaining on my left side because normally I tend to pamper that side and the elliptical doesn't let me do that.

I bought a new digital scale and it's 8 pounds higher than the original scale I had. I just decided to go with the new scale and go from there. No biggie. You are doing great!

Yeah new batteries and new scales are about the same thing. Laugh. I was annoyed but I know it's only logical for the better batteries to have the correct reading gah. Onward and downward I say. laugh.

Yes the pain in my heel hurts more when I first get up in the morning or when I am sitting for awhile. I am considering buying a splint divice to wear at night to keep my foot in the right postion to stretch my achiilles tendon. I have a catalog called Foot Smart that sells them. I just want to be able to walk without it hurting.

Same thing happened to me. My old scale was a spring scale and the new one is digital which I think is more accurate.

Bummer about the scale, but as long as it is going down, right?

You are doing a great job! Keep it up!
