That puts me down 4.4 pounds this last week and a total of 10.4 pounds since starting MWL.

Look at all y'all! Wonderful losses and great effort from those who didn't quite lose!

I am down 2.4 pounds--that was 2 weeks, as last week would not count. I have now officially lost more than 100 pounds! I'm very excited about that!

Yeah, I say Holy Shrinky-dinks!!

You guys have all been doing great.

I have lost 4.2 lbs. this week. I made an adjustment to what I was eating. Almost instantly I lost the cravings I still had & I feel so much better.

Even though I am not posting much, I am still around & reading & most importantly McDougalling.

Hi, everyone! I'm a lurker crawling out to join you (thanks, Debbie). I was a VERY good McDer five years ago and got down to 115 lbs. My husband got hurt at work three years ago and has been home the whole time with me. We started eating out a lot, though I never went back to meat or dairy, that darn oil is everywhere! I stopped exercising, started drinking wine nightly, which will be the hardest to give up, but the most rewarding, when I do. I know it is keeping a lot of the weight on and it is screwing with my hormones big time, not to mention how awful it is for me. And I need to get back to exercising daily.

Okay, no more stalling, my starting weight is 156.2, way too much for my 5'3" frame. Thanks for including me, I'm off to see if I can figure out a ticker. :D

My food thus far this week:

Saturday:

Tea and about a 1" square of a slice of chocolate cake
Veggie sandwich at a restaurant (WW bread, sprouts, cucumber, and avacado), salad with salsa in dressing--it had some oil, in it, and some fruit (at a restaurant--best item available on the menu)
persimmon
carrot soup (this was from the Millenium cookbook and absolutely fabulous)
roasted eggplant on sprouted wheat toast
three chocolate covered almonds

Today:
Baked beans on sprouted wheat toast
grilled tomatoes
Banana and persimmon smoothie
parsnip soup (from Millenium cookbook--it was great)
Salad of romaine, heirloom tomatoes, and golden beets with Moroccan dressing (oil-free from Millenium cookbook)

I walked about 1 1/2 hours on Saturday, and about an hour this morning.

I'd like to start weighing in with you guys. I have been around for a couple years and have made great progress, but I am ready to FINISH this year. I'd like to join this great group of encouraging MWLers and see my goal weight by summer. I know it's possible!

My starting weight is 186.8, I'm down from that already, but I'll officially weigh in on Fridays from now on. Thanks for letting me join you all!

I was wondering if I could join in with you guys. I am fairly new around here and have posted a few times on the boards.

My husband and I started this WOE last June after watching "Forks Over Knives". After that, I read the China Study and devoured everything I could read, both pro and con to this way of eating.

Since then, my husband lost over 50 pounds and I lost 62, but I put a couple back on during my two week vacation out of town. I am really looking forward to establishing ties with others who share the same issues and ideas regarding food and health.

My current weight is 229. I will check back in on Friday.
