 Post subject: So, How Do You Start With the WeighIns?

Hi! I want to start the weekly weighins. So...since it is the first of the year, do I weight myself now and then report any weight loss for the week on riday? Or do I just weight until Friday to give you a starting point?

Hi Cheryl!! Yes you can do it that way. Weigh yourself today and then weigh yourself Friday and the difference is what you report:)

I started the January weigh in thread just below this one, so on Friday go there and report your loss.
