I recently read in "The Pleasure Trap" that other animals close to us genenticly eat a diet that is between 10-15% fat. And that it is because of the pleasure trap that western man eats a lot higher fat diet. (I'm paraphrasing.)

I have never heard that before. It makes so much sense and I found the insight fascinating.

I was hoping you could comment on this. Thank you.
